These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at matrix-escape.net ("Site") and all related products, services, and subscriptions (collectively, the "Services") operated by Matrix Escape Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Services.

1. Services Overview
Matrix Escape Ltd. provides software-based technical analysis tools and indicators designed for use on the TradingView platform. Our products include, but are not limited to, the Matrix Escape Indicator, AMD Cycles Indicator, SMT Indicator, and the All-in-One Bundle.
Our Services are analytical tools only — not financial advice. We do not provide trading signals, investment recommendations, portfolio management, or any form of financial advisory service. We do not guarantee profits, trading outcomes, or the accuracy of any indicator output. All indicators are provided for informational and educational purposes. Any trading decisions you make are entirely your own responsibility.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Account and Authentication
Access to certain features requires email-based authentication. When you sign in, we send a one-time verification code to the email address you provide. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account and for any activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
4.1 Payment Processor
All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"). We do not store, process, or have direct access to your full credit card numbers or payment credentials. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
4.2 Subscription Plans
We offer monthly and yearly subscription plans. All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may vary based on promotional tiers and are subject to change. Any price changes will not affect existing active subscriptions until their next renewal.
4.3 Recurring Billing
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month. Yearly subscriptions renew annually. You will be charged on the same date each billing cycle. If payment fails, your subscription may be suspended or canceled.
4.4 Right of Withdrawal — Digital Content Waiver
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, by completing a purchase of our digital Services, you expressly consent to immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal. You confirm this consent during the checkout process.
4.5 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal accessible from your profile page. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
4.6 Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products and the withdrawal waiver described in Section 4.4, all sales are final once access has been granted. We do not offer refunds once a subscription period has begun. If you experience technical issues preventing you from using the Services, please contact us at admin@matrix-escape.net and we will work to resolve the issue.
4.7 Chargebacks and Payment Abuse
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent chargebacks, disputed payments made in bad faith, or any other abuse of payment systems. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at admin@matrix-escape.net before initiating a dispute with your bank.
5. Promotional Offers
We may from time to time offer limited-time promotions, discounts, or special pricing (including tiered early-adopter pricing). Promotional offers are subject to specific terms stated at the time of the offer, have limited availability, and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
6. Newsletter and Email Communications
We offer an optional email newsletter. Subscription to the newsletter is entirely voluntary. You may subscribe by entering your email address in the designated form on our Site. We will only send newsletter communications to users who have explicitly opted in by submitting their email address themselves.
You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link included in every newsletter email or by contacting us at admin@matrix-escape.net.

7. Intellectual Property
All content, code, indicators, designs, logos, text, and other materials on the Site and within our products are the exclusive property of Matrix Escape Ltd. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on our products without our prior written consent.
Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the indicator(s) for your personal trading purposes only. You may not use the Services for commercial redistribution, signal services, copy-trading services, or reselling access in any form. Sharing, redistributing, or reselling access to the indicators is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our indicators
- Share your account credentials or subscription access with third parties
- Use the indicators to operate a signal service, copy-trading service, or any commercial redistribution
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services, servers, or connected networks
- Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access the Services without our permission
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any access restrictions or security measures
- Use the Services to engage in any form of fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services, without prior notice and, where applicable, without refund, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity, or otherwise acted in a manner harmful to us or other users.
Upon termination, your license to use the indicators is immediately revoked. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law) shall remain in effect.
10. Risk Disclaimer
Trading financial instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You could lose some or all of your invested capital. Our indicators are tools that assist with technical analysis; they do not guarantee profits or prevent losses. Past indicator performance is not indicative of future results.
We are not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or dealer. Nothing on this Site or within our products constitutes a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. You are solely responsible for evaluating the risks and merits of any trade and should seek independent professional advice if needed.
11. Third-Party Services and Dependencies
Our Services integrate with and depend on third-party platforms including TradingView and Stripe. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms and policies.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, functionality, or practices of any third-party services. In particular, we have no control over TradingView platform availability, updates, API changes, or outages. If TradingView modifies its platform in a way that affects our indicators, we will make reasonable efforts to update our products but cannot guarantee uninterrupted compatibility or a specific timeline for fixes.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any indicator will produce accurate, profitable, or reliable results.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Matrix Escape Ltd. and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
14. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, pandemics, government actions, internet or infrastructure outages, third-party platform failures (including TradingView and Stripe), cyberattacks, or power failures. During such events, our obligations are suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.
15. Availability and Modifications
We strive to keep the Services available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with or without notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bulgaria.
If you are a consumer within the EU, you also have the right to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
18. Language
These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any translation, the English version shall prevail in case of discrepancy.
