Matrix Escape Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our") develops and provides software-based technical analysis tools and indicators for TradingView. We also provide the Agent Smith automated trading strategy and its trade signals through a third-party copy-trading platform. Our indicators and general educational content are intended to assist with understanding market behaviour and are not personalised instructions to trade.

By using our website at matrix-escape.net or any of our products, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out in this Disclaimer.

2. No Financial Advice

Our indicators and general website content do not provide:

  • Personalised investment advice or recommendations based on your circumstances
  • Financial advice or financial planning services
  • Personalised trade execution guidance
  • Individualised portfolio or asset allocation advice
  • An assessment that a financial instrument or Agent Smith is suitable for you

We are not your broker and do not provide personalised advice based on your financial circumstances. Our indicators are analytical software tools. Agent Smith, however, generates trades that may be copied automatically after you choose to enable and configure copying through your broker. The legal or regulatory classification of a service depends on how it operates and applicable law; this Disclaimer does not override that law.

3. No Guarantees

We make no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding:

  • The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any indicator output or analysis
  • The profitability of any trading strategy based on our tools
  • Specific trading outcomes or results
  • The uninterrupted or error-free operation of our products
  • The suitability of our products for your particular trading approach

Indicator outputs are based on historical and real-time market data and should be treated as one of many inputs in your trading process - never as a sole basis for a trading decision.

4. Risk Warning

Trading financial instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You should be aware that:

  • You could lose some or all of your invested capital
  • Leveraged products amplify both gains and losses
  • Markets can be volatile and unpredictable
  • Past performance of any indicator or strategy is not indicative of future results
  • No technical analysis tool can predict market movements with certainty

Copy trading carries significant risk of losing money, including the possible loss of your entire deposit. Copying a strategy, automated system, bot, or another trader does not reduce or transfer that market risk. You bear the market risk of every copied trade, account drawdown, margin call, liquidation, or loss. Results shown on this website, including statistics, backtests, examples, projections, or live performance snapshots, are based on past periods and are not a guarantee of future results.

Copied results can differ materially from the master strategy because of latency, slippage, spread changes, rejected or partially filled orders, different prices, account currency, leverage, margin requirements, multiplier settings, deposits or withdrawals, broker rules, market gaps, outages, and other technical or market conditions. Leverage can cause rapid losses, margin calls, and forced liquidation. A stop-loss or copy-stop setting does not guarantee execution at a particular price or limit losses to a particular amount.

You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose. If you are unsure about the risks involved, you should seek advice from a qualified, independent financial advisor before making any trading decisions.

5. User Responsibility

You decide for yourself whether to open a broker account, whether and how much to deposit, and whether and when to start, configure, pause, continue, or stop copying Agent Smith. Those choices are voluntary and remain yours. You are responsible for:

  • Evaluating the suitability of our tools for your needs
  • Performing your own analysis and due diligence
  • Every trade you execute, whether or not it was informed by our indicators
  • Every copied trade and every copy-trading configuration you enable or continue using
  • Any financial losses that may result from your trading activity
  • Monitoring available margin, open positions, broker notices, and account activity
  • Deciding when to pause or stop copying and whether to close any positions
  • Reviewing the broker's identity, authorisation, terms, fees, and protections available in your country

You agree that you will not rely solely on our indicators when making trading decisions and that our tools are only one component of your overall analysis. You are also responsible for ensuring that your use of our Services complies with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

We strongly recommend consulting a licensed financial advisor before making any investment or trading decisions.

6. Broker Account and Separate Agreement

To copy Agent Smith with real money, you independently open and fund an account with the applicable PU Prime broker entity identified during the broker's onboarding process. Your account is in your name and is governed by a separate agreement directly between you and that broker entity. Matrix Escape Ltd. is not the broker and is not a party to that agreement.

We do not accept or hold your trading deposit, provide your broker account, or approve or process deposits and withdrawals. Subject to its agreement with you and applicable law, the broker is responsible for onboarding and KYC, custody or client-money arrangements, account administration, pricing, execution, leverage, margin, liquidation, platform operation, statements, deposits, and withdrawals. Broker default or insolvency can put funds at risk; segregation and compensation protections vary by broker entity and jurisdiction.

Matrix Escape supplies Agent Smith's strategy signals to the broker's platform. The broker, not Matrix Escape, establishes and administers the copy-trading rules and functionality, including eligibility, account types, available instruments, leverage, margin, copy modes, multiplier and stop behaviour, minimum funding, pricing, execution, fee collection, suspension, and the controls for starting or stopping a copy. We do not control how those rules are applied to your account and cannot guarantee that a signal will be copied or executed at the same time, price, or size as the master strategy. The broker may change its rules under its agreement with you.

You must verify that the broker is authorised to serve you in your country. A reference or link to a broker does not guarantee that its services are lawful, suitable, or available in your jurisdiction. Brokerage complaints should be directed to the broker under its complaints procedure.

7. Fees, Referrals, and Conflicts

The Agent Smith copy arrangement currently provides for a performance fee equal to30% of realised positive performance. The performance fee is calculated and deducted by the broker under its applicable terms and paid to the individually registered Signal Provider operating Agent Smith under the Matrix Escape brand. The fee is currently assessed weekly only for a positive result and when the platform's stated conditions are met. The broker's copy settings, fee screen, and agreement control the exact calculation, timing, conversions, corrections, and deductions. Fees reduce returns.

Some broker links are affiliate or referral links. Matrix Escape Ltd. may receive referral, volume-based, or other remuneration when you open or use an account through such a link. This creates a financial incentive for us to refer users to that broker and to generate trading volume. Consider this conflict, independently compare brokers and costs, and do not use our referral link if you do not wish to do so.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Our Services depend on third parties including PU Prime, TradingView, and Stripe. We have no control over and, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, are not responsible for:

  • Broker pricing, spreads, execution, rejected orders, liquidation, outages, or account administration
  • TradingView platform availability, outages, or downtime
  • Changes to the TradingView platform, API, or Pine Script language that may affect indicator functionality
  • The accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of market data supplied by TradingView or its data providers
  • Any actions taken by TradingView regarding your account or access

If third-party platform changes affect our products, we will make reasonable efforts to update them, but we cannot guarantee a specific timeline or uninterrupted compatibility.

9. "As Is" Provision

Our Services, including all indicators and related materials, are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct, or any mandatory consumer right. Subject to that qualification and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Matrix Escape Ltd. and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our products, including trading losses, lost profits, or data loss.
